In this update:
High Tides Anticipated February 19 – 21 – MyCoast MDHouse Bill 90 – Proposed for Control of Running Bamboo
HB  90 – A Maryland House Bill That May Impact ARPOA Residents’ Yards & Community Property – Control of Running Bamboo

Note: The ARPOA Board has taken no position on this bill.  However, ARPOA does have a resolution to control and eradicate the aggressively invasive phragmites from community property, and does so annually.
Our Forest Steward, Doug Minion, has notified us of bamboo appearing in Ogleton Woods, which he views as a threat to the woods.
