Annapolis Roads is located on the Annapolis Peninsula bordering the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. In 1926, the original community was planned in the tradition of Frederick Law Olmsted – the Father of Landscape Architecture – who pioneered the use of green and open space in community design and whose numerous high-profile projects include the US Capitol and New York’s Central Park. ARPOA is dedicated to preserving this original community vision.
The Annapolis Roads Property Owners Association’s mission is to promote a sense of community and to enhance the community’s livability, safety, and welfare, and to preserve the interests of its owners.
