The Annapolis Roads Property Owners Association (ARPOA) Annual Meeting packets were mailed on October 31, 2018, based on the Anne Arundel County tax records for property owners of Annapolis Roads.
Understandably, some properties may be in the process of conveyance and new owners may not have been included. We will be reaching out to new owners as they become known to make sure they have an annual meeting packet. Also, we will request a current list from the County just prior to the ARPOA Annual Meeting to reduce property ownership confusion at sign-in.
We look forward to having a good turnout at the meeting and the occasion to share accomplishments, challenges, and future opportunities.
A copy of the ARPOA Annual Meeting packet is included with this update and will be posted to the Annapolis Roads website, in an effort to further participation and communication about the meeting.
